Sales manager Sean went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The team was very professional and courteous from the initial sales call, to the home visit and demo to the installation. These three people were truly joy to do business with. Holly and I had a great customer experience with Hantz Saintcloud and the plumber Robert.

Hantz was very knowledgeable of the product and made us feel reassured in our investment within the product as we are first time home buyers. He answered all the questions. Showed a great amount of patience as he waited for our decision. Furthermore showed good social skills in carrying a friendly conversation with us as information was being filled out. Even on his return, he tested the product to make sure that everything was still functioning correctly.

If you live in Florida and are using bad water to cook, clean and shower, shame on you.  Sean really took his time to show my family the quality of water that has been flowing through the pipes in our home.  Must I say it was disgusting.  I am so pleased that we chose to go with this company.  Everyone in the company  including Vito(Manager) and Robert(installer) were very professional.  My wife and kids love the fresh water.  You  don't want to put the benefits of clean water off another day!!!
